Don't Trust Anyone

I thought I'd forgo a long post today and just give you some good advice to start your month with. If someone ever tells you not to trust anyone, then don't trust anyone! I have seen way too many movies where someone is told not to trust anyone, but somehow along their journey (usually the end of the movie) they end up trusting someone they shouldn't and it gets them in big trouble. I'm getting tired of seeing this scenario. You need to remember that you can not even trust the person who gives you this advice.

Consider this your warning. If I ever tell you not to trust anyone and you end up trusting me and I betray you, just remember that I warned you. I might even say "I told you not to trust anyone" and then belt out a sinister laugh as you are tied to railroad tracks or hanging above a shark tank. I hope it never comes to that, but who knows? Have a nice day.

What a cheerful thought to start the day :-) I'm on my way to a Day of the Dead Celebration. Tag along if you like, it might cheer you up.

Fox Mulder learned this lesson the hard way.

Haha... sounds like you need a change in movie genre - just for a while. Maybe a few chick flicks?

If ever confronted by an evil robot army, just show them a paper with a box drawn on it, and written words inside that say 'The statement in this box is false'.

Their robot-ty heads will explode.

Hey that reminds me, did you hear about the computer programmer that was found deceased in his shower?
He was clutching a bottle of shampoo that said, rinse, then repeat.

To tack onto Eric's joke, how many programmers does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

None, that's the operators job.

Thanks for the warning :-)

My mom told me not to talk to strangers. Guess who I'm talking to now - as one sided as it is, I could be talking to myself. Oh well..

BTW, don't trust anyone!

I learn a LOT from reality court TV. Like when the girl lends her prison boyfriend bail money and then he never pays and at the end when they ask her what she learned she ALWAYS says "I learned to NEVER TRUST ANYONE!"

I also learned to get EVERYTHING in writing. This annoys my family a lot. But hey...Judge Judy is my mentor!
