To be honest, my viewpoint, too many pumpkins are wasted in this sort of creative work focused on a demonized holiday. It would still be a squander if there were no families struggling to put food on the table and cope with unemployment. There is nothing wrong in enjoying one's life with wholesome recreation and activities. Nonetheless a 'fun' holiday (encouraging children to be greedy for candy) does not remove the bitter taste of hard times and reality.
I am impressed with the talent that others have. I personally am not a fan of Halloween (I know right - lame), but I can appreciate that others love it.
